Having an attorney accessible during the real estate process is a very valuable tool. Selling real estate isn't just filling it blanks on a form. You need to have understanding of how the clauses interact with the timing of the sale and what duties the buyer and seller have in the transaction.
At The Real Estate Center, we offer attorney reviewed contracts, attorney lead negotiations and an attorney at closing if requested by the client. We hope that through thorough well drafted contracts and open communication between the parties that we never have the need for legal services, but it is nice to know you have an attorney available should a question arise.
