Lori started out as a receptionist in a real estate office in 1995 and immediately loved the business. She acquired her real estate license and started selling homes and managing the Property Management division and did so for 11 years. In 2008 she acquired her Brokers license and has been brokering her own real estate business since. She enjoys all aspects of the sales and renting of homes. In her long career she has sold foreclosures, HUD homes, VA, investment properties and facilitated purchases with first time home buyers. She has also listed many properties, both for rent and for sale, throughout the Columbia area. She is a native Spanish speaker, she has lived in Columbia for over 30 years. “My family and I currently live in Chapin, Northwest Columbia, enjoying our life at Lake Murray. I have lived in the Irmo/Chapin community for the past 40 years. After graduating from Newberry College I spent 25 years in manufacturing management with Milliken and Schneider Electric where I learned the importance of quality and excellence in customer service.
