Tom has lived in Pinellas County for a total of almost fifty years, watching Pinellas grow into the bustling paradise it is today. Tom’s career was spent serving the public, first at NASA in Washington, D.C., then with Florida state government, and lastly, with Pinellas County. All these years of government service have allowed him to master the intricacies of how government operates. For example, state service contract approvals had normally taken several weeks to complete he had accomplished this in 3 days at times.For the last 10 years, Tom has joined with Kathryn in serving the public again by helping them to find the homes of their dreams. He has always felt the need “to give back”, and for that reason he serves as Board Secretary for the Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO), and also Chairs its Public Policy Committee. He is a Director on the Florida Realtors Board (FR), and also serves on the Business Issues Policy Committee of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He brings his extensive knowledge of the local area – along with his knowledge of people – and “how things work” to serve your real estate needs.Kathryn spent 20+ years in managing upscale ladies’ fashion stores in Los Angeles and New York, rising to become an area manager, and then the “go to” manager to turn around failing branches.She returned to her birth place of St. Petersburg, where for the last twenty years she has been a realtor, winning honors for sales records.
